Real Projects, Real Results

We've spent the last few years working with businesses across Taiwan who needed their websites to actually connect with customers. Not just look pretty—though that matters too. These are a couple projects that show how we think about design problems.

Streamlining Digital Presence for Local Dining

A family-owned restaurant in Yilan needed their website to feel welcoming while handling online reservations smoothly. Their old site was confusing—customers would call to ask questions that were already answered online. We rebuilt the information architecture and created a visual system that matched their warm, home-style brand.

Building Trust Through Clear Communication

An accounting firm wanted to move away from their corporate-looking template that made them feel distant from potential clients. We focused on explaining complex services in plain language and created a layout that prioritized the questions people actually ask when choosing an accountant.

How We Work on These Projects

Every business has different needs, but our process stays pretty consistent. We've found this approach helps us avoid assumptions and build something that actually serves your customers.

1

Discovery Conversation

We start by asking about the problems you're trying to solve. What questions do customers ask repeatedly? Where do they get confused? This usually takes a few hours spread across a week or two.

2

Content Structure Planning

Before any visual design happens, we map out what information needs to go where. This is where we figure out the flow—how someone moves from landing on your site to taking action.

3

Visual Direction Development

Once the structure makes sense, we explore visual approaches. Color, typography, spacing—everything that makes your brand feel like yours. We typically present two directions and refine from there.

4

Refinement and Handoff

The final phase is about polish and documentation. We make sure everything works on different devices and prepare clear guidelines for your team or developer. Then we walk you through everything before launch.
